OVERVIEW

The existing smooth surface Built Up Roof was cleaned and prepped per the manufacturers specifications. All penetrations and the perimeter of the roof received an application of flashing grade silicone. The entire roof area received an application of white field grade silicone roof coating. Upon completion owner received a two year contractor warranty and a 10 year water tight manufacturer warranty.

Blackmore & Buckner Roofing Service Department’s focus is providing our customers with roofing and sheet metal services to maintain their roof. Most roofs, if properly installed, can be maintained to last well beyond their normal life cycle. Our full-time service crews are certified by all major roofing manufacturers.
