PROJECT DETAILS
This new construction project in Winter Park gave Tecta America the chance to develop a new relationship with a local general contractor and show our strengths in several complex roof systems and client demands. The scope of work consisted of the installation of a Sarnafil Waterproofing roof system with pavers and a Redland Claypan and cap tile set in foam adhesive. The project difficulties included coordinating our work with the other trades before and after the roofs were complete, performing in a tight work area, and the changing client requirements.
Our field crew maintained both our and the Owner’s stringent Safety Policies flawlessly, along with the final project outcome, surpassing both the Owner’s and Architect’s expectations.
