ABOUT OPEN DOOR HEALTH CENTER
Open Door Health Center began as a volunteer clinic in 1983 and later became The Wellness Center.
Open Door Health Center (ODHC) is an independently owned and operated, nonprofit community health center, providing quality and affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all people in Southern Minnesota.
PROJECT DETAILS
Schwickert’s was hired to do all mechanical, plumbing and roofing work on the project including:
- Installed Aaon rooftop equipment, direct expansion cooling, boilers, fin tube radiation systems providing baseboard perimeter heat, medical gas systems, vacuum, HVAC ductwork and plumbing
- Installed Rhino Bond TPO roof and architectural sheet metal flashing
