PROJECT DETAILS
Project is a Re-roof – Full tear-off and replace with a Fully Adhered 90mil EPDM
- Tear off existing roof down to metal deck
- Mechanically attach 2 layers of ISO and 1 layer of ½” HD Board
- Install an adhered 90mil EPDM system
- Install retrofit drains inserts at all existing drain locations
- Install new walk pad
- Install aluminum coping caps and roof edge fascia
- Install aluminum counter-flashings, collector boxes, and down-spouts
- Enlarge all through-wall scuppers
Skylight Installation
- Remove and replace twenty eight double dome acrylic skylights
- Install new fall protection safety screens on all skylights
