PROJECT DETAILS
This project consisted of the new construction of a bus depot in Harlem, NY. We installed a fully adhered .80 mil TPO system over a cover board and tapered insulation. The cover board and insulation were both set in insulation adhesive. Upon completion, a majority of the roof area was covered with green roofing trays.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
The facility remained operational 24 hours per day and was located near the Lincoln Tunnel.
We continue to perform maintenance on the green roof.
