PROJECT DETAILS

This new construction project at a local theme park gave Tecta America the chance to develop a new relationship with a large general contractor, based upon our past performance and quality of work on similar projects for the owner.

The scope of work consisted of the installation of a brava synthetic shake and endureed thatch.  The project difficulties included creating a themed storybook look, coordinating our work with other trades before and after the roofs were complete and performing in a tight work area while in guest view.

Our field crew maintained both our and the owner’s stringent safety policies flawlessly, along with the final project outcome surpassing both the owner’s and architect’s expectations.
