This Liberty Township Customer needed a new roof. We installed a GAF system using Timberline HD Dimensional Shingles with a 50-year GAF System Plus Warranty. You will notice that we removed the box vents on the back of the house and installed a continuous ridge vent system for better exhaust ventilation and a much cleaner look. Box vents tend to leak. Ridge vents tend not to leak!
