PROJECT DETAILS
This project included the removal and disposal of the existing roof system down to the structural deck and the installation of Carlisle .050 PVC membrane and walkway pads (color-white) to include roof insulation with an average R-value of 25. Furnish and install 24ga Kynar steel coping and counter-flashing in Drexel standard colors.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
This apartment building is 19 stories high and was occupied during the entire roofing construction process.
