OVERVIEW

In the fall of 2018, Blackmore & Buckner Roofing completed a Silicone coating roof restoration over an existing EPDM roof system. The existing EPDM roof system had multiple roof leaks throughout the system and needed a replacement but due to budget constraints a roof restoration we more feasible. We scanned the existing roofing system and replaced all wet insulation with new insulation and membrane. There were multiple fasteners in the current system that were backing out and splitting the membrane; these fasteners were replaced and patched over. Once all the prep work was completed, we cleaned the existing EPDM roof system then applied Henry flashing grade silicone to all membrane laps and around all penetrations followed by an application of Henry field grade silicone. When completed we provided a full system silicone restoration over an existing EPDM roof with a 10-year watertight manufacturer warranty.
