Chesterfield Crossing Shopping Center

Project Scope:

This job required a replacement of the 20,000 sq. ft. roof and bad deck panels on a commercial site. Communication between the RSS foreman and the center’s tenants allowed minimal disruptions to ongoing operations. The most significant challenge was installing the roof system over functioning restaurants because many did not have a drop ceiling or barrier between the bottom of the roof deck and the dining areas. To contain the dust from the tear-off the phenolic roof foam insulation, which has a history of causing corrosion to the roof metal decking, RSS crewmen installed a plastic barrier so there weren’t disturbances in the patron-filled areas.
