GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
The 10,300 Sq Ft standing seam metal roof system was installed using 24 ga base metal with a Sierra Tan Kynar 500 finish. To meet the GC’s schedule, the project took place through the winter months. Roof Systems of Maine used mobile pan-forming equipment to fabricate and install the double-lock standing seam roof. The barrel-roof entrance added to the complexity of the installation, as did the vertical siding at the arched front parapet and at curtain wall locations around the building.
