ABOUT CHELSEA WOOD CONDOMINIUM
Chelsea Wood Condominium is located in Greenbelt, Maryland just minutes from NASA, University of Maryland, Baltimore/Washington Parkway, I-495/I-95 and Historic Greenbelt. The community is located on over 19 acres of lush mature landscape.
PROJECT DETAILS
The existing roof system was removed down to the plywood deck. Our job was to repair and replace the damaged plywood deck. We furnished and installed a 60 mil mechanically attached TPO membrane roof system. Metal drip edge and 24ga. Kynar-coated galvalume coping caps were also installed. The scuppers were replaced and we furnished and installed Olympic drain inserts.
The special considerations worthy of note are as follows: The Chelsea Woods community consists of 12 buildings, on which we have been performing roof replacement work on two buildings per year. The condominiums were occupied during the roof construction process.
