OVERVIEW

There were two manufacturer warranty repair projects completed on site simultaneously. The first phase included the replacement of approximately 30 SQ of saturated tapered roof insulation. Areas were cut out down to the concrete roof deck, and new ¼” tapered insulation was adhered to the concrete deck to match the existing slope. Once the new insulation was installed a new SBS base and cap sheet was installed and tied into the existing roofing system. Phase two of the project consisted of applying fibered aluminum roof coating over the existing SBS roofing system to mitigate the granule loss.
