Peter has been in the industry since 1985 and joined Tecta in 2007. He implements strategies that ensure the significant growth and success of four New England branches, as well as Tecta America WeatherGuard.

Jay Maschmeier
Director of Operations & Safety

Jay has been in the industry since 1980 and joined Tecta in 2007. He maintains a safe and healthy work environment for the employees at four New England branches, and Tecta America WeatherGuard.

Derek Couture
Service Director

Derek has been in the industry since 2015 and joined Tecta America in 2015. He is responsible for assisting and supporting service operations at four New England branches and Tecta America WeatherGuard.

NORTH BILLERICA

Eric Despres
General Manager

Eric has been in the industry since 1995 and joined Tecta America in 2011. He is responsible for the management of the branch, including supervision of both service and production projects.

Brian Young
Service Superintendent

Brian has been in the industry since 1985 and joined Tecta in 2007. He is responsible for day-to-day duties, including estimating and scheduling of all service jobs.

Diane Olivio
Service Manager

Diane has been in the industry since 1991 and joined Tecta in 2007. She is responsible for customer relations, quality, and productivity within the Service Department.

Jason Bergeron
Business Development

Jason has been in the industry since 1995 and joined Tecta in 2010. His current role runs the gamut of customer satisfaction, from initial consultation and repairs through potential complete roof replacement.

John Donovan
General Manager

John has been in the industry since 2002 and joined Tecta in 2007. He is responsible for the overall supervision and management of the operations and subcontractors.

Eric Peterson
Service Manager/Director of Sales

Eric has been in the industry since 2013 and joined Tecta America in 2014. He is responsible for new business development, overseeing daily operations in the service department, and providing great customer service.

Michael Shutler
General Manager

Michael has been in the industry since 1991 and joined Tecta in 2010. He is responsible for the management of project managers, estimators, daily operations, safety and quality control.

PORTLAND

Scott Leeman
General Manager

Scott has been in the industry since 1985 and joined Tecta in 2007. Scott is responsible for the management of the daily operations and the overall financial results of the work performed.

Wayne Tardy
Service Manager

Wayne has been in the industry since 1995 and joined Tecta in 2007. He is responsible for making customer service a top priority, and ensuring that work is completed on time and on budget.

Justin Ball
Business Development

Justin has been in the industry since 2000 and joined Tecta America in 2014. Justin’s role is to acquire new customers while providing a superior level of customer service to his customer base.
