Tecta America Greenberg Roofing, LLC

One of Tecta America’s founding members, Greenberg Roofing began business in 1945. For over 65 years, our customers in North Dakota have counted on our dependable service and quality workmanship, allowing us to grow into the largest roofing contractor in the region. More than 30 of our team members have been in the construction industry for over 20 years, installing roofs on facilities such as MSU, the Minot AFB, Dakota Square, and numerous area schools.

Todd Stugelmayer, President
Todd Stugelmayer graduated with an AAS Degree from North Dakota State College of Science in 1984.  Before joining GRS/Greenberg Roofing in 2006, Mr. Stugelmayer spent 13 years as Director of Facilities at Minnesota State University Moorhead.  Prior to that he was an Associate at Rogers, Perlenfein and Associates in Fargo, ND.  Todd is in charge of operations and planned maintenance program development.

Lloyd Steinmetz, Vice President Sales
Lloyd Steinmetz graduated with an Associate Degree from the University of Minnesota in 1968.  Prior to joining Greenberg, Mr. Steinmetz was President of Concrete Inc.  He opened Greenberg's Fargo Office in 1991.  Mr. Steinmetz advises building owners on roof maintenance requirements and budgeting tactics.

Davey Hovland, Service Manager
Davey Hovland is the Service Manager at Greenberg's Fargo location.  His duties include management of service personnel, safety compliance, customer satisfaction and roof maintenance assessments.  Prior to joining Greenberg, Mr. Hovland was employed in the roofing wholesale business and spent 7 years in commercial roofing sales and management with another firm.

Steve Grow, Estimator/Project Manager
Steve Grow has worked in the roofing industry for approximately 30 years in estimating/sales and project management roles.  Mr. Grow's education includes a degree in Architectural Drafting from Detroit Lakes Technical College.  Mr. Grow has worked with roofing contracting firms in both Fargo and Minneapolis before joining GRS/Greenberg Roofing in July 2009.

Dave Rinas, Estimator/Project Manager Dave Rinas joined Greenberg as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2007.  He has worked in the construction industry since 2003 and has a Construction Management degree from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.

Dwight Hofland, Controller
Dwight Hofland graduated with a bachelor of science in accounting from University of Mary, Bismarck. Dwight oversees all accounting and financing for Greenberg Roofing. Prior to joining Greenberg Roofing, Dwight was a General Manager for a construction and development company and a controller for another commercial roofing company in Fargo.

 Tom Vetter, Operations Manager
Tom Vetter joined GRS/Greenberg Roofing in 2008.  He holds a degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University.  Prior to joining GRS, Tom spent 13 years as a Construction Manager for a general contractor and performed general construction work for 7 years in the Fargo area.  His duties include personnel and project coordination, safety compliance, and customer relations.

Dan Oman, Service Coordinator 
Dan Oman joined GRS/Greenberg Roofing as an intern in our safety department in 2007.  He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a BS degree from the accredited Construction Management Program in 2009.  Currently, Dan peforms roof inspections, surveys, and coordinates various projects in our service department.

• Firestone Building Products has recognized GRS/Greenberg Roofing, A Tecta America Company, with the 2010 Firestone Master Contractor Award. The Master Contractor Program, one of the most prestigious achievements in the industry, celebrates an exclusive list of commercial roofing contractors for their dedication to superior roof installation. This is the 9th time GRS has received the award.
  
  GRS has also been awarded the coveted Inner Circle of Quality Award for the 6th time. The Inner Circle of Quality Award honors a distinguished group of Master Contractors who achieve an annual Quality Incidence Rating of 2.0 or less. Firestones QIR measures each contractor’s quality performance based on warranty repair incidences.

According to Firestone “these achievements set the standard for roofing excellence.”

• North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance (ND’s Worker’s Compensation Agency) has awarded Greenberg Roofing a 25% premium discount for its successful participation in its “Safety Management Program” including the Drug Free Workplace Program, Safety Committee Program, and Safe Driving Program. GRS has also been awarded WSI’s matching grants to assist in purchasing safety interventions that eliminate workplace hazards.
