Murton Roofing is now Tecta America South Florida Inc.

As of December 2009, we merged with another Tecta America Company - Weiss & Woolrich and have changed our name to Tecta America South Florida Inc. As part of the Tecta America family of companies for five years, our name change better reflects that structure.  This rebranding signifies our commitment to providing exceptional value through our innovative solutions, backed by our financial strength and depth of resources.  While our name has changed, our local management team and its commitment to you remains the same.  By adopting Tecta America as our lead brand, we are better able to serve your needs while leveraging our long-standing position as the nation's leading commercial roofing contractor.  We thank you for your commitment to our services in the past, and welcome the opportunity to serve you in the future under our new name.

One of Tecta America’s founding members, Tecta America South Florida was formed through a merger of Murton Roofing and Weiss & Woolrich.

Murton Roofing has been one of the leading roofing companies in South Florida for more than 30 years and our customer-focused approach has helped to keep our many long-standing clients. We have performed many high-profile installations in the region, including the Homestead Baptist Hospital and a $1.7 million project for 900 Biscayne Condos.

Weiss & Woolrich started business in 1951 and quickly became a leader in commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal design. We became a part of Tecta America in 2007.
