Mark F. Santacrose, President and
CEO

As President and CEO of Tecta
America Corp., Mr. Santacrose oversees the strategic
direction of Tecta America Corp. and its member
companies with 47 locations and more than 3,000 employees.
Prior to joining Tecta America Corp. in 2001,
Santacrose was the CEO and President of Entrade,
an e-commerce business incubator that identified
and created new e-commerce joint venture |
businesses, using Entrade proprietary software. He also spent nine years at Bagcraft Corporation, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, serving as president and practiced law for seven years with a concentration on mergers, acquisitions and finance.
Santacrose holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisc.; a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, Chicago; and a law degree from Loyola University, Chicago. |
