Carol J. Winfrey, Vice President of Marketing
In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Winfrey is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing tools and activities for Tecta America Corp. Winfrey has more than 15 years experience in marketing and finance gained at Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Tecta America, Winfrey was the VP of Marketing for Entrade, an e-commerce business incubator that identified and created new e-commerce joint venture businesses, using Entrade
proprietary software. Winfrey also spent nine years in consumer products marketing and strategic planning.

Winfrey received her MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago and holds an undergraduate degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois.
