Brent Wical

President

Brent has been in the industry since 1993 started with Tecta in 2003. He is responsible for leading the Dakotas team by setting sales goals, driving profitable growth and motivating our people.

Davey Hovland

Director of Service

Davey has been in the industry since 1996 and started with Tecta America in 2006. He is responsible for the service departments in all of the Dakotas locations.

Brian Swanson

Director of Production

Brian has been in the industry since 1985 and started with Tecta in 2000. He is in charge of overseeing daily operations of production and sheet metal for all Tecta Dakota locations.

Nathan Roberts

Director of Human Resources

Nathan has been in the industry since 2000 and started with Tecta in 2009. He has strategic and functional responsibilities for HR and Safety across all Tecta America Dakota locations.

Janie Breth

Human Resource Generalist

Janie has been in the industry since 2000 and joined Tecta America in 2013. She is responsible for recruitment and a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related issues.
