TECTA AMERICA ACQUIRES ARCHITECTURAL ROOFING AND SHEET METAL INC. IN SIOUX FALLS, SD
Tecta America, the national leader in commercial roofing, announces the recent acquisition of the assets of Architectural Roofing and Sheetmetal Inc. The new company will operate as ARS, a Tecta America Company LLC.

Architectural Roofing & Sheetmetal, Inc. was established in 1989 and is a full-service commercial roofing company providing a variety of roofing and roof asset management services to customers, including a broad range of metal roofing and wall panel systems for their customer base
