SolarDay 2010:  How Will You Celebrate?

On Saturday, June 19th, SolarDay 2010 will be recognized throughout the world by a variety of events focused on solar energy, sustainability, energy independence, and the protection of our planet.   SolarDay 2010 is all part of a global recognition that solar alternatives exist to provide needed electricity and light to what is estimated to be over 1.6 billion individuals who are not afforded the luxury of having electricity available to them.
